I’m not happy

I requested an INVOICE and STATEMENT for November 2023, December 2023 and January 2024 from MTN and I never receive until I complain on hellopeter. Even previously I had to complain on this platform first. Asnath Lefaladi kindly send INVOICE and STATEMENT for the three months not just December invoice PLEASE. January should also appear.
