im gatvol ****ed off

I upgraded on the 17/10/2020 till this date I did not get my 20gb once off im sitting with a phone that I cant do anything with because it needs a update. I have been calling from 19/10/2020 with NO SERVICE AT ALL. For the last years having mtn I didn't not miss any payments nor was my account with collection. I dont appreciate that the 20gb advertised on the mtn book is false information. When it comes to the 20th then you guys want to quickly debt my account. I need this sorted out asap log a complaint with mtn ombudsman by 29/10/2020
