Im fed up with MTN with steling our money

I am so fed up with MTN.... they manage to create an account on my husbands account with out his consent. From January 2018 till last month they took R4000. And every month we need to email and call them... but nothing. All they say is we will check in to it. Now a few minutes ago they just took R36000. Yes not R3600 R36 000. How the hell is that even possible. How can MTN even allow that kind of money to go through.??? My husband did not even give cansent for any thing like that. Im really not happy with the way MTN handle.
