I'm enough of MTN!

They are so useless at even cancelling their own contracts, retentions keep telling you about policy but they don't talk about policy when they are in the wrong, I cancelled my contract in may and made an early termination payment but now I'm told i have to wait till next month to cancel and pay more money and this is for a line I don't use and haven't used in a while. Cancelling the contract because they didn't give me a device I wanted so ended up having to get it using other alternatives.
