I'm disappointed with their service

Mtn Maponya is one the *********** stores I've ever came across. The shop will full of customers but the staff will forming caucuses and chit chatting with one another. And 3 days ago I went to do a Sim swap for contract Sim its still not active n yet they charged me. Can this branch be close cause all they are interested is making sales n after sales services it's either they are not trained or they are lazy as ****.
