I’m disappointed with MTN South Africa

I’m dissatisfied and disappointed with how I’ve been treated by MTN ☹️. Tell me if I can only afford to pay R149 per month, how do you begin to take R1300 from account and on top of that suspend my account with even notifying me? 💔.

I wanted to upgrade my contract and I wasn’t advised that I’d have to pay R800 for some fees, I only found out that I had to pay R800 on the invoice.
