******* upgrade
I was called by a company called mondo which said they are calling on behalf of MTN, they said to me the company is rewarding loyal customers and decreasing there monthly payments. I have been on contract for roughly 4 or 5 years with MTN. This year i just decided to pay month to month and not upgrade. I called MTN and haven't received any help at all. For this reason i want to cancel my MTN contract. There service SUCKS BIG TIME.
