On 28/02/2016 my phone lost signal. I didn't think much of it at the time. The next morning 29/02/2016 I still did not have any signal/service on my phone.
I phoned MTN and after being transferred 4 times the agent informed me that I did a sim swop on the 28th of February 2016. This was news to me as I definitely did not request a sim swop.
The agent then said that he will reverse the sim swop and suspend the other sim card. I have followed up through the day and everytime I phone it takes me about an half hour to get to someone that can help me.

At 14:45 the sim swop was still not reversed.

I demand that this problem be sorted out as soon as possible and more I demand an explanation from MTN as to how did this happen? Who authorized the sim swop without my consent?

In my point of view this is breach of contract because at this stage I am paying for a contract that I know longer have.

The service experienced from MTN today was more than pathetic. There is just no way that you can speak to ANY one higher than a supervisor.

How is MTN going to reimburse me for this mess-up?
