******* Sim swap and MTN is nowhere to assist

I am so disappointed with Mtn they allow sim swaps without owner's concerns amd when we try get hold of the customer care using 173 and 808 they couldn't pick up.

This service is ******* and I wouldn't advise anyone to use MTN.
