<p>A person has been "hi-jacking" our work cell number by doing a sim swap once we have loaded airtime on to the phone. When in store a memeber of MTN mentioned that the phone number will be red flagged and it would not be possible for this person to do the sim swap again. Tonight our sim has gone offline and appears to have been Hi-Jacked again. Because this number is used as a business line it has had an affect on our business and income. We will be filing a charge at the police station in the morning and hopefully get this matter sorted out once and for all. I would appreciate if a senior member of staff contact us regarding this so that we know how to proceed to avoid this issue in future.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>Darren</p>
