******* SIM Swap

I had my mtn number for almost 2 years and in the last month i received sms's from MTN asking to complete sim swap reply yes or no, and every time i typed NO and got a reply back saying that sim swap cancelled. I phoned MTN and they said they dont have my nr on their system, i must phone the Post Paid Company and Post Paid Company said no i must phone MTN, well on Thursday the sim swap on my phone was completed. <br> <br> I immediately phoned MTN and all of a sudden they had my nr on their system and said that there was indeed a sim swap but they need to investigate but no answers yet.<br> <br> QUESTION - who allowed and signed of this sim swap??? After i rep**** NO and received a answer back saying sim swap cancelled. I lost all of my saved data (lost 1.3g) all of my sms
