******* renewal of contract

Hi

I had a data contract with Mtn for 2 years at R89 per month. I used the Mtn website and asked that the contract not be renewed a month before the contract ended. I received no feedback. My account was then debited for R879. I then emailed customer care and several emails later, they were still unhelpful and eventually asked me to go into a store. I went into the store, they were unable to end the contract but found that the contract had been renewed. It was a telephonic conversation and apparently I have a phone and a 24 month new contract. I have never received a call from Mtn as the line was only data and is still in the ****le. This is now the second month that R879 has been debited from my account. I need this ******* contract ended and my money refunded into my bank account immediately. This is outrageous.
