******* number porting

I received an sms that my number has been ported. Someone from MTN ported my number and I would like to know why they did this as I have not requested for any porting to be done and who gave them that authority to do so. This is ******* and infringement of my rights. I need this to be corrected as I have not submitted any documents and this person to be held accountable. I am happy with my network and am disappointed at how person ***** other peoples information and i need a recording of this request, who requested and by who's mandate.
