I was contacted by Shelley Gray after I logged a complaint & she was going to look into the matter after I responded to her & sent her the relevant previous correspondence. That was 12 days ago and my problem has still not been addressed.

We've now done a follow up on the previous request to Shelley Gray from our Network Group Division. We've requested that she make contact with you and confirm what is happening with the mast that was erected on your property.
