******* (*******) subscriptions!
I received an SMS stating that I have subscribed to Top Women at R5. 04/24hrs. I immediately contacted MTN as I have never subscribed to any service. MTN then advised me on how to un subscribe from "content services" witch I immediately did. Now they are still deducting R5. 04 every 24hrs although my account does not show any subscriptions!!! I have the sms'e to proof it! Useless and *******! How can they facilitate these deductions without being able to stop them!

The first step in order to stop such charges is by dialing *141*5# or *156*12# or *136*5#. Secondly, you would need to contact our contact centre @ 135 in order for the said charges to be investigated.

10 Jul 2018, 13:14Pathetic answer. Why must I spend more of my time to un-subscibe to something that I did not give my permission for!!!! Phoning *141*5# was the first thing I did!! I have screen shots showing I am not subscribed to any services. The longer MTN can facilitate the *******s subscriptions the more money they make!
