I got a call from mtn consultant on the 6 August 2021 saying that i should take two routers and i will pay less than the current amount which i am paying which is 647. MTN is currently deducting 867 and i did not concur with them to take more money from my account as they had **** to me by saying that i will receive two routers and i will pay less as i am paying more money. It is high time that you stop abusing our money. I work hard for my money you must stop lying to customers. This behavior may not affect the company now but in coming years people will flee to reliable companies. i had sent emails to mtn complains. i have not been assisted.
