MTN ....you gave out my personal details to a third party without my consent which is *******.... (Read below). In January 2018 Summer Sun phoned me and offered me a cell phone contract which I declined. Yesterday the 21 February 2018 I discovered that Summer Mobile had signed me up for a new. contract without my knowledge and when I approached MTN about this they refused to get involved even though they are the culprit in this case. I find that what Summer Mobile have done is ***** as I never gave my consent and I never signed a contract with them. As for MTN they should never have given my details to Summer Mobile without my consent. I will contact my bank and cancel the stop order I have with MTN
