******* billing

Hi,

Im Nick, i have a problem with MTN, i had a contract with them for years and I had to cancel it this year September, after i have done so, i have been receiving statements with a different number and saying i owe them,

I have called them and they told me its my account of cause it was because i have canceled it now, so why am i getting billed?

1st the numbers are not mine and I didn't sign any agreement, 2nd you want me to go open a case for what? You (MTN) should be investigating this issue,

The lady at MTN care line said i must just do a bank reversal and block it, but still it goes off every month.

Hi, I have cancelled the contract, and all my numbers went to prepaid, and the ********** 770 is now a Vodacom number, and im taking the ********** 561 to Vodacom also, next month, so how can they be active, cuz if you look into the statement i attached the are new numbers which i dont know anything about. So all you need to do is tracker down where the two numbers under the statement are from,
