Ill treatment
I went to MTN branch 107 in Maponya mall Soweto , spoke to Branch manager Kennedy and i was not happy with the service rendered to me.

I went to enquire about my settlement amount for my laptop contract which is due to end in 2016. The manner of approach was not satisfactory at all, in fact he was to rude to be blunt.I was not allowed the chance to explain why i needed that settlement invoice even after i had asked him to contact the cancellation department to find out if it is possible to cancel prematurely, instead i was told to calculate the number of months outstanding myself as dialling the contact center would be a waste of time
