ilegal continues contract
After complaining about struggling to terminate one of my contracts, MTN just keep the contract open and keep on billing me !! This is *****. Then I phoned Customer services to get a number to talk to someone about the problem with this, then Fibusiso, told me that MTN does not except calls for terminating call or queries about this, I must email them. I emailed them before and they simply don't reply. THIS IS JUST A MONEY MAKING ****.
