IGNORING OPTOUT REQUESTS
Optout requests confirmed but not app****. Still receive sms after I have opted out twice and MNT confirmed via sms twice. REALLY FRUSTRATING WHEN CUSTOMERS ARE BEING IGNORED!!!!!
