Ignoring my query
I have been sending MTN emails informing them that since my contract has come to an end I will not be renewing it but still today no one from their side has contacted me in regards to this matter....everytime i call the centre no one takes my request seriously.

Thank you so much for the patience and understanding you’ve displayed during this most regrettable situation. For myself and on behalf of MTN, please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience caused.
Kindly note your contract expires on the 2017-10-29 you would need to speak to our Retentions team on 808 on the 2017-10-30 to have the contract cancelled and the number migrated to prepaid. Alternatively you can also send them an email on *** whereby they will assist with the cancellation process.
I would like to thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We are always looking for ways to improve our service, and your feedback is an invaluable part of that process.
Should you need help in the future, please do not hesitate to contact me directly, and I will be very happy to assist you.
