Ignoring my claim

I have submitted a claim to MTN insurance over 2 weeks ago no one calls me or actions anything until I give them a call to ask for an update, Feels like I am running the processes of my own claim<br> <br> I have been paying monthly on time without fail, to receive nothing for what I am paying for, this is surely ********** behaviour<br> <br> I wait an average of 25min on hold before I get helped,I drop the phone with hopes that this will get done, 2 weeks later still nothing<br> <br> I give them a call this morning in over a week and a half, the lady lies to me and says arrangements were made for today<br> <br> They make you wait so long for a loan phone, it seems like an active strategy for them to purposely not work on your claim<br> <br> The last Company I was insured with, Pinnacle Marketing, never put me through **** like this, even had the whole process done in a week<br> <br> So long for thinking everything will be easier if my contract and insurance are under one stable, now I am even having doubts about even proceeding with my contract. The Cell C deal looks very attractive from my end<br> <br> One of the main reasons for the an insurance offering in convenience yet my insurance company has given me more hell than I can imagine
