Ignoring my cancellation

I have requested a cancellation of my contract since Oct, MTN kept on debiting me for 3 months now, the latest debit order showed an accumulated amount of 11395 on 2 Dec. This is becoming theft, MTN has no regard for the consumer, their decision as well as the consumer protection act

Until today Experian is still reflecting an amount although I cancelled. When I consulted one of the MTN employees where I took out my contract it showed on the system that my contract was cancelled as requested and that I shall not continue with the renewal, never in my life did I have a credit application declined, but thanks to MTN it happened, please update your credit records this is affecting me negatively

We are now in 2025, still battling with this issue my account is suppose to closed but shows open under the credit bureau. MTN has caused so much damage with regards to bank applications, and I feel the only option is to take them to court. Why is it so difficult to inform credit bureaus, and by the way I never received my attached ITC cancellation letter in my inbox. I was a loyal client to the bone for years and It's a shame to see MTN becoming anticonsumer
