Ignoring ISP requests to activate my fibre line

My ISP has been following up daily with MTN to activate my fiber installation with zero response. Since last Wednesday the 24th. The matter has ben escalated to the MTN service delivery manager, no response.

Why go through all the trouble to install the infrastructure as the only line provider in the area when you are going to suck this much.
