Ignores sms opt-out requests

I was getting unsolicited sms's for It's deals day! promo on my tablet. The sms's had an opt-out option, which I rep**** to with CANCEL. On doing so, I got a reply sms to say that I've been unsubscribed, but unfortunately they just continue coming in. How can I stop getting sms's when you don't respect opt-out requests?
