Ignore request to convert contract to prepaid

After my data contracts has run its 24 months I went into the store to convert the sim cards to prepaid. They told me to phone the call centre, so I did. After waiting more than 30 minutes to speak to an agent/consultant, I asked to have the contract sim cards converted to prepaid. The lady I spoke to said she will do it and that someone will phone me by the end of the day to confirm that it has been done. I then waited another 5 minutes for a reference number. <br> <br> By the end of the day no one phoned me and now 4 days later the contracts has not been converted and has gone on to another month.
