Ignorance from MTN consultant

0n the 20/08/2024 I called and reported that my number is hacked,the consultant that was assisting me by the of Mbali Khiba, said maybe my aim card is damage... I told her that my simcard is with me, she gave me a code to dial.

N she said I must wait for 3hours, after 3 hours my WhatsApp got hacked, people were ****med money using my number.

MTN costed me a lot, all they could say was sorry 😔. Will sorry bring the money that is ****** from my contacts,will sorry clear my name from this mess?

They failed me dismally, n they were very useless.
