Ignorance and cruel service
Good day Sir/Madam I would like to report Willem Jnr Loots from MTN for lack of service again. Mtn blocked my Father Sim card and Phone for no reason.. after his funeral and then we called MTN then they said they will help and they didn't. We wrote a review on Hellopeter and Willem said he will help i just need to send him and email then he will try to help.. my sister and I both sent him emails and he just ignored everything he didnt even say a word.. as i said before we need that phone as soon possible. We dont want stories anymore we just need them to unblock the phone please

Why didn't you reply to my Email? We dont need you to call us.. we just need you to unblock the phone that you blocked for no reason. The numbers of the phone are as follows ********** 227 as we said, we need to use the phone as soon as possible.
