Ignorance
<p>I upgraded in 2015 and since then there is a sms bundle loaded on my account after many phone calls nothing has been done. The latest reqeust was logged on the 17th of may ref nr ********** and we must be refunded fot a years sms bundle of r45 that is currently still active. Mtn just simply do nothing against this after being escalated twice!!!!!</p>
