****IGN TERRIBLE SERVICE
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p><br />My phone went in for repairs a month ago, i received a quote and paid my excess fee 2 days after i received a quote, its been 3 weeks now and i hear my phone is with sony repair centre waiting on MTN to accept another quote???????????? i am furious as Kushal from MTN insurance has still not called me back why do i have to follow up with Sony repair centre every ****ing single day and hear the same thing over and over after telling MTN what Sony is doing, why do you not pick up the phone and call them to find out why do i have to do your work for me when i have my own **** to sort out i am paying for this service not you. IMEI:*** the phone is Sony in JHB and when a person tries to contact insurance the phone rings for an hour and still no one picks up i need my phone for work purposes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
