I recently had my cellphone ****** in a cafe, and needed to do a sim swop and get a new phone ASAP. I went to a 3 MTN stores, one where nobody seemed interested in helping me, the other one did not have stock, but tried. The last one was in Tambotie Mall, Randfontein, and I was helped by a guy named Rian Visser. He really went out of his way to assist me even though my application for a new contract was declined (due to less than 3 months old). He phoned me and messaged me in order to keep me updated on the applications progress, the arrival of stock, and appealed the declined application. It was the best experience I've ever had with any MTN store by far, and I am really impressed. Thanks Rian, and may all MTN stores follow your example of customer service.
