If you don't want my money, who am I to argue?

I had the displeasure of using your MTN Highveld Mall branch (eMalahleni, MP). Wanted the Black Friday 70 (200) GB special. Tried getting 18 month contract on mtn.co.za in store, but was rejected with no clear reason given. No alternative product offered to me by your unenthusiastic rep. He just let a warm lead walk out the store. As a sales professional myself, I'm beyond appalled! How do you do you let a warm lead leave without attempting to convert them? How poor must your training for your reps be? Was looking to pay more as I'm a prepaid customer already. But if you don't want my money, who am I to argue? Your service is poor, at an upmarket mall at that!
