If you are reading this because you want to join mtn contract. Don't... take it from a man who has suffered greatly in their hands

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">This is the second time I'm complaining about mtn on hellopeter. And the 5th time I'm suffering in their hands and they just don't care. They don't even seem to care about the reviews. So if the reason you are reading this is because you want to take up an mtn contract. My advice is rather opt for something else because u will find yourself in my shoes. Last month I wrote on hellopeter complaining about them disconnecting my account without it being in any areas. You can view their reply under my account. That was their response and nothing was sorted. Today I had to borrow a colleagues phone to write this review because once again I have been disconnected. I can't even call their call center because that will cost money on a network other than mtn. I even went to their store and the guy told me I needed to change the invoice date which he did and reassured me that the account is not in arrears. To my surprise, I have been cut off again today launched, my work depends heavily on communication with clients, and communication with colleagues am losing money as it is and I'm stranded... and there's just nothing I can do about it. I can't afford a lawyer to take mtn to court for all this and hellopeter is the only voice I have. But mtn keeps ignoring our voices. The only thing I can do is to warn somebody out there and hopefully save them from this frustration I'm suffering. If I could I would get out of this contract asap. Unfortunately I'm still stuck with them for another 20months... </span></p>
