If this is not sorted I want this contract cancelled

I am so annoyed that I received a sms that my contract will be increasing by 20% without my consent next year and it was literally increased in Feb this year. I wanted the sorted I don’t want more data or min I want to keep my existing account. I don’t understand you increasing but our salaries aren’t increasing. This should have been stated to us that you pay for the contract for one year and the next year it increases
