If MTN can”t fix issues they will RICA-Barr your number just for fun

MTN cancelled business contract after it admitted that it was unable to address issues experienced since contract upgrade in July. MTN informed me that number will move to pre-paid and that I will receive credit. What they did not tell me was that number will be RICA-barred resulting in not been able to buy pre-paid airtime or data, unable to receive OTPs, unable to authorise access to Applications and Systems.
