If it was at all possible to give MTN a negative rating I would give a minus 10.. Purchased airtime, a 30 day 1 gig whatsapp bundle and 85 rand, 2 gig 7 day bundle. All via the mtn app. The whatsapp and airtime was immediately available. I contacted mtn Customer care email and was asked for proof of purchase like really I purchased on the mtn app. Yet still get asked for pop. I sent the proof as requested and first get told capitec customers have a problem but if that was the case how did my airtime and whatsapp bundle come through immediately. Emails to and fro then they escalated my issue but 24 hours has expired and no data. This is pathetic guys and it's theft.
