If I had the money I would change my cellphone provider in a HEARTBEAT

If I could afford to buy out of my contract I would do it in a heart beat. I got a phone call a few months back from mtn asking if they can upgrade my contract for a bit more per month because they see that I buy a lot of extra data per month. I agreed and since then everything got mixed up. For 2 months they debited the wrong bank account so I had to eft. The second month after the debit order bounced (because they switched the account on where the money had to go off) they sent me a message saying that I have missed 2 months payment and if I didn’t pay my account that day ( which by the second month after agreeing to change the contract was R800 more than the agreed amount) they will give me up to the credit bureau. I phoned mtn immediately to ask what was going on. The first person I spoke to said I didn’t pay in June which I had and that was before they changed my contract and the account from which they debited. She said I should send my bank statements. I then sent through my bank statements and phoned again. Another person answered and said that the bank statements wouldn’t show if the amount bounced I must go to my bank. That doesn’t even make sense. Of course my bank statement would show if the amount went of or not. I got so mad I put the phone down. Then I tried to change the account back to the one they have used from the beginning and they said my number wasn’t the primary number the primary number is for the lady that works for me that I only took out a contract for earlier this year. Then they said I had to go in to the shop to change the primary number and account back. I went to the mtn shop in Plettenberg bay. The lady said that all my payments were up to date and the reason the amount was so much more was pro-rata for the contract changed and that at the end of Sep only R1800 will be deducted. The 30th of Sep came and how much went of on my account? R2614!!!
