idiots working at mtn

I called mtn in September to cancel my contract that was coming to an end on the 19/10/2022 giving them a 30 day notice to cancel my contract when it expires. the consultant told me i need to call in when the contract expires and then they can cancel it after going back and forth for the month on October and now November the consultant tells me my contract will be cancelled on the 20th of November and i will be billed accordingly from the 20th of October till 20th November. had the consultants employed knew what they were doing i wont have to incur additional charges. mtn needs to catch a wake up for i have been a loyal customer for 20 years and im close to cancelling all my contracts with them.
