Idiots! IDIOTS!!!

I have phoned a total of 8 times. I do not want to record a personal greeting for my voicemail. I want the generic voicemail where your nr is read and the voice says that the caller should leave a message after the tone. PLEASE LISTEN TO ALL THE CALLS MADE AS EVERY SINGLE CALL CENTRE AGENT HAS GIVEN ME DIFFERENT INFORMATION AND ALL OF THIS INFORMATION DID NOT WORK! I was told to phone 120 which does not give me any options, I have been told to phone 110 which did not work. I have been told to phone 100 which only gives me the option of recording a greeting. The last wonderful lady that I spoke to (Moipone), told me that I need Voicemail Lite and after asking to speak to a supervisor she told me that the supervisor will call me back. Funny enough the supervisor (Michael) told me that it is an inbound call centre and he would not have been able to call me back - so what exactly was she trying to do? Michael told me that I have to call back from a different nr for them to be able to assist me. What are they going to tell me? There is no such option!!! This is ludicrous! And then I dont even mention the dude that completely deactivated my phone in his brilliant attempt to help.
