Idiots at mtn refuse to cancel contract

<p>Been trying to cancel a contract that has expired. Every time I call in I get told it will be done in the next 2 business days and this has been going on for over a month now.</p> <p> </p> <p>I honestly dont see how hard a cancellation can be</p> <p> </p> <p>No help at all from their call centre its like speaking to trained robots </p> <p>"Im gonna have to log a call to retentions and I assusre you it will be done today Sir"</p> <p> </p> <p>Apalled</p> <p>Disgusted </p> <p>not evn close to how i feel right now</p> <p> </p> <p>To top it of this guy calls me and tries to convience me to upgrade and I say NO then he says it will be done in a day...Guess what STill freakin active</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
