Idiots and **********

My account was debited today with almost double the amount reflecting on my bill. R2900+ was deducted instead of R1500-+ There is also the open issue where 3 insurance premiums are added to my bill each month. I was expecting 1 premium for only 1 iPhone. According to them I have 3 iPhones with 3 related insurance premiums even though I have sent them contract summaries proving that only 1 iPhone was ever taken out on contract with MTN. Their staff and their systems clearly don't know what's going on. While the first issue may look like a normal billing error, the insurance premium issue is outright *****. They have been deducting money uneccessarily from my account without authorisation for devices I have never owned. Who else is MTN robbing?
