IDENTITY THEFT, Cellphone Contract Opened In My Name.

This year 2018 March/April, I learnt through MBD that a cellphone contract was opened in my name and that I owe MTN huge amounts of money. I immediately contacted MBD to dispute this, I lodged a dispute on the 4th April 2018 with MBD, sent all required documentation etc After 2 months of no progress on this case I in June 2018 then lodged a dispute with MTN directly. To this day I have not heard anything from MTN Forensic department. I keep getting SMS from MBD to this day telling me I owe huge amount of money. I need this resolved ASAP ,as it has already badly affected my credit profile. If I do not hear from MTN after this post here, I will take the matter to the Ombudsman.
