Identity ******, billing remains

Some four months ago a contract was opened in my name in KZN (I live in GP) - The matter was resolved with affidavits, ID validations and all the normal inane admin that accompanies these events. In the following four months, my service is continually switched off due to exceeding my limit. I then have to spend time on the phone and it is reconnected. No new statements have arrived, despite numerous requests, no information was forthcoming regarding who perpetrated the ***** - who I assume must have presented a valid ID document and proof of residence,

So, counting in excess of 20 phone calls (not including those where I was on hold and was dropped), and over 20 emails, this matter is still haunting me. Saturday, 29th of August, service was, once again cut, and subsequently restored after the mandatory hour call to the call center. I have been with Mtn for over 20 years and this is almost certainly making me reevaluate my sanity in staying with a service provider who finds billing and contracts a confusing part of their business. Very Irritated
