Identity ***** with a new contract

<p>Mtn opened an acount on my name which I have no knowlege of. Now after I have blocked the debit order, they are threatening with legal action. I have notified MTN this is ***** upon which they insisted I provide them with a certified copy of my ID, I refused and asked for the documents which was used to open this account. No reply. I feel that because this is on my name I have the right to see wat this ******** used to open the account. Nobody replies on my mails which is super helpful of course. So after it being handed over to the lawyers ( Shapiro Shaik Defries and Associates ) , I get a call, I explain it is *****, she advises me that I need to send her a copy of my certified ID. I do this, they call me again having NO idea what I am talking about when I tell them I have notified them that it is *****. At this point they are now requesting a affidavit as well. This information would have been helpful when I went to the police station in the first place. When I phone them after receiving yet another sms and still no reply from them on my mails, they are telling me yet again that I need a affidavit, they also have no knowlegde of my mails. The lady says she told me about the affidavit, I asked her to prove it as they are very clear that the conversations are recorded. She refuses and her answer is that she merely did tell me. Anyway, very annoyed that the victim needs to prove my innocence in the matter as I am pretty sure this is internal ***** at MTN. I will now waste more of my time and go to the police station to get a affidavit. </p> <p> </p>
