Identity ***** - No response or feedback

My identity was used **********ly by a stranger who is unknown to me this year whereby MTN approved 2 online cellular contract applications. I only found out about this when a courier company contacted me sometime in March to arrange for delivery of a cellphone which I had no knowledge of. Upon contacting MTN, I was told to send an affidavit accompanied by a certified copy of my ID to the ***** department which I did on the 25th of March. I have not received any response or feedback to this day which is very frustrating. I'm also concerned about how this is going to affect my credit record.
