ID *****

hi, I recently had ID ***** against my name at MTN. Somebody used my ID number to upgrade my contract which I had actually previously cancelled.....I went to MTN to report this and an investigation began which according to the consultant at MTN Somerset Mall would only take 72 hours...I finally received a call from MTN over a week later to confirm the cancellation, which according to me is pretty poor service!! If this wasn't bad enough I was made to visit the branch once again to cancel my "new " contract. This obviously was a waste of time and effort and no urgency was shown at all by MTN. I hope someone is held accountable for commiting this *****. Please let me know if you think this is good service?

If the upgrade has been cancelled, how am I able to post a reply to this message (i.e. Still have Internet access with this SIM card)? Also why did I have to dispute the ********** debit, why did mtn not reverse it as I requested?
