ICT Number Bull***t

Such *** service. I am irate!!!! MTN is not able to access my number on their side. My phone has been ****** and I need a F****ng ITC number to report it to the police but I can't because MTN is pathetic and NOBODY can help me. I cannot claim from insurance anymore because MTN has taken so long to resolve this that my claim period is over. They better sponsor a new phone. I regret ever getting this contract. Never use these guys. Great service until it really matters.
