ICASA and NCC needs to get involved

I wish I could rate 0. It's time to contact ICASA and NCC. Mtn's service delivery is non existent. They charge you for a service you aren't able to use (month to month LTE). They then don't respond to emails and put the phone down in your ear without a resolution.

I hope ICASA is not going to be lenient with them.
