I wrote about how MTN agent sold me wrong lte router 5g instead of 4g which is one compatible with our little town network infrastructure however the agent decided to sell me something I couldn't use she told me her system shows it's the right device but now I'm without device but my money is gone R965 but I have to wait for months to for mtn to decide my fate who will pay my time I'm losing, why mtn is this rude to client infact they don't care about my plight and I'm very disappointed. All I want is a refund so I can buy another device at my MTN nearest store or thy send me the right device not tell me to wait I'm unable to wait because thy have my money so I need services now not wait.
